How do I place an order?
StuffedAnimalBox.com has developed an online ordering process that is extremely simple and easy for you to use. Once you locate a product you wish to purchase, fill in the quantity and click the “Add to my Cart” button. The item(s) will be added to your cart and you will be given the option to “Keep Shopping” or “Checkout”. To continue shopping, simply click the “Keep Shopping” link. The items already in your shopping cart will remain there until you are ready to finalize your purchase and checkout. You may review your cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link located in the upper right hand corner of each page.
When you are ready to check out, simply click the “Checkout” button while in the cart. The checkout process will prompt you for your shipping and billing information and provide you with the opportunity to review your order one last time before completing the process.
Can I order products that I cannot find on StuffedAnimalBox.com?
StuffedAnimalBox.com is always adding new products to our website to offer a large selection of stuffed animal products. However, if you are looking for any specific items by one of our manufacturers that we do not currently carry, we invite you to
contact us to request a special order. We will make every effort to fulfill all special requests. Please provide us with any information you may have including: manufacturer, manufacturer part number, and item name to assist us fulfilling your request.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it will take to receive your order can be calculated by adding two components, Availability and Shipping Time.
Availability- Item availability information is listed on each item page. The availability listed with each item indicates the probable time your order will go out for shipping after the order has been received. Availability is listed in business days which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Orders received after 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be considered received the following day. Orders containing multiple items, with multiple availabilities, will ship at the time the last item becomes available for shipping.
Shipping Time- All items are shipped from our North Carolina location. Our standard method of shipping is ground service via UPS. To determine the time in transit from our location in North Carolina to your destination please
click here. Time in transit is listed in business days which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Additional shipping options are also available including: 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Can I return my order?
In stock items can be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned with their original merchandise tags still intact. Date of receipt will be determined using order tracking information from UPS. To initiate a return, please
contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping any item(s) back to us. The RMA number will remain valid for 10 days to allow time for return shipping. Any item returned to us without an RMA number, returned subsequent to the allotted time, returned without original merchandise tags, or that is found to be used, will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and a $5 restocking fee per item may apply. We encourage you to return your items via UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the package is damaged or gets lost in transit.
We apologize, but items ordered by special request cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may be canceled if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Orders that have already been processed may be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our return policy.
Special request orders cannot be cancelled once you order has been processed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While we make every effort to ensure your items are in perfect condition and packaged for shipping when they leave our facilities, at time packages may be damaged in transit. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please do not discard the original shipping materials as they will be needed to place a claim with the shipping company. Please
contact us at your earliest convenience, but within 5 business days, so that we may begin working on your replacement items and begin the claim. We apologize, but replacements for damaged items will not be available after 5 business day of receipt. Date of receipt will be determined using order tracking information from our carrier.
What if there is an error on my order?
If you believe an error has been made on your order, please
contact us immediately! We will do anything within our power to make it right!
How much does it cost to ship my order?
StuffedAnimalBox.com is proud to offer “On-Demand” UPS shipping rates. Shipping fees for your order can be calculated during checkout. Simply enter your shipping address in the form provided and click the “Apply” button. Shipping rates for each service we provide (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.) will be displayed in the “Shipping Options” section of the checkout screen along with your shipping time. Please note - shipping time does not include item availability (the time it takes to process, package, and ship your order). Availability of each item can be found on the individual item page.
We apologize, but at this time we only ship within the United States.
Can I change my shipping address?
We will be happy to change the address as long as your order has not yet been shipped, just
contact us. However, if your order has already shipped, and UPS must reroute your order you will be charged the UPS address correction fee, which can range from $5-$15 depending on the shipping method chosen.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS and offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard credit and ATM cards, and American Express credit cards.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect 6.75% sales tax on every order shipped to a North Carolina address. No sales tax will be charged to orders shipped outside of the State of North Carolina.
