Order processing time: Please review the availability information on each item page, noted in the top section of the item details. Most items will ship out within 1 business day, given inventory availability. If an item is ordered, and we are unable to fulfill the order in the time noted on the site, we will try to contact you to go over your options. Once your order does ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Shipping Options: Whenever possible, we use UPS. You can choose from four different shipping options depending on the urgency of your order: Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. All shipping and handling charges are calculated on demand during the checkout process based on method of shipment and your location. In addition, on each item page, you can click on the Shipping Time map to see how long it will take to get your order via UPS Ground from our warehouse in North Carolina.
At this point, StuffedAnimalBox.com only ships orders within the United States.
